This infill project in Walnut Creek was constrained by a creek which required a crossing as well as a 42″ live oak in the center of the property. Rather than lose developable area, Aliquot designed a turnaround encircling the oak tree. This created a unique feature and a picturesque view from the community's entrance over a stone bridge. All lots submitted were approved and Aliquot was awarded Best Site Design from the Preservation Council of the City of Walnut Creek.
