Aliquot was founded as a small land surveying firm in 1980. Since that time we have kept up with the dramatic advances in surveying technology; our surveyors have access to the most up-to-date tools and technology, both in the office and in the field. We also utilize city, county, state, and federal GIS data and mapping to support our research and investigation.
An accurate survey creates a solid foundation for all subsequent design, engineering, and construction work. Regardless of the size of the project, surveys take into account all topographic features, boundaries, easements, right-of-way, access constraints, and title exceptions.

Vincent D’Alo offers decades of experience in land surveying, design planning, and project management. He has also been involved in many of Aliquot’s EIR projects. Vince oversees Aliquot’s research and analysis of boundary survey evidence that results in the determination of property and easement location.
Vince has managed both engineering and surveying projects over the years. As an expert witness, he assists attorneys in understanding the written and extrinsic application of evidence relating to boundaries in order to settle disputes or proceed with litigation.
