This residential development, completed in the 1990's, is a tribute to Aliquot’s long history and an example of our secure community and agency approval under challenging circumstances. Located in the heart of the Northgate Specific Plan, which was championed by Save Mount Diablo, Aliquot successfully worked with the developer’s team to balance competing priorities and negotiate approval of this 211-lot project.
